Krenkerup Polo & Veteranskytterne have collaborated on creating a charity project called The Children We Leave Behind.

The Children We Leave Behind is a nature camp for the children and young people of veterans from the organisation Veteranskytterne with the focus of looking inward to grow outward through play and creating a sense of community. In families who have lost or where relatives are permanently injured because of deployment and active service for their country, there is a special need to process loss and trauma and learn new and positive ways to approach life. The children of veterans have for too long been neglected in the recovery process, a saddening fact we seek to imminently change.
